My room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. I even asked the maid to please clean my room and they still didn't. Hotel guests were having parties in the hallway at 1:30am!!

Pros: Quiet / clean / very accommodating staff
Cons: Found side security door, which is only accessible with a room key, propped open with a rock. Would have expected an extended open time to alarm.
Location: Food and activities close by
Affordable. Able to make last minute reservations. Very friendly staff.

Not impressed

I don't know how this hotel has a 4 for a rating, I had to moveyou room cause the first one smelled like cat pee, and the second like moldoing. Even after I had to take a room, at times it smelled like mold so I guess it's the hotel. The fruit at breakfast should have been thrown away The exercise facilities is small, old and unclean, also smelling like mold.

Nice people. Not a great place.

Pros: The people at the counter were lovely - very friendly and helpful.
As soon as you enter the hotel, you are struck by the distinct scent of chlorine. Not a great way to greet guests. The room was small, though comfortable. The price for a room is supposed to include breakfast but the "breakfast girl" (the term used by the person at the desk, not me), overslept and was still setting up when I had to leave for the day. I will look for somewhere else to stay when I return to the area.

Comfortable room; good facilities

Pros: It was close to where we needed to be. The room was quiet.
We arrived late in the day. The staff was courteous and acted as if they were expecting us.

Nice hotel, close to mall

It was great from the beginning. We were able to check in early. We were greeted by the front desk clerk who had a great attitude!

Convenient, clean, and very friendly staff.

Pros: The breakfast provided was one of the more complete complimentary meals I have experienced. No-one could say they left hungry.
Cons: The only drawback is the location near a highway. Sometimes it is a little noisy during the day. However, a night it isn't much of a problem.
Location: It is near a highway which gives one access to Route 295 as well as Route 676 and 76. They connect to Philadelphia as well as Camden and Trenton.
I needed to stay for an entire week. The room was always made up early in the day so if needed to return to my room early everything was in order; the bed made, the bathroom cleaned, etc. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Decent hotel near Rowan University

Pros: Staff, free breakfast
Location: Lots of stores and restaurants, convenient to get to Rowan University
Room was not ready. I called hours before we checked in for a roll away bed to be brought to the room. The bed was not there when we arrived. Although it was brought up quickly upon my call to the front desk, the flat sheet was damp and not usable. My son made due without it. Also, the refrigerator was a bit noisy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was great!

Convenient

Pros: Very convenient to where we needed to be. The staff is excellent, very attentive.
Cons: I feel a microwave should be included in every room. I didn't have to request a refrigerator, I just assumed one would be there.
Location: Shopping, about an hour from Atlantic City, ten minutes from Philadelphia.
Room was as expected, clean and comfortable. The only draw back was no microwave unless requested at time of reservation. We stayed there last year and there was a microwave in the room as expected (didn't request one last stay). I have never stayed at a hotel without a microwave in the room..I have food allergies and travel with my own food. I assumed it would be there. So couldn't eat breakfast till early afternoon when one was placed in our room. Once I requested it the staff was very helpful, but just a heads up, especially if traveling with babies you will need to request a microwave upon making reservations..
