I first walked into the building to wait 10 minutes for a frowny faced female staff to finally walk up to the counter. This was after loudly blowing her nose without washing her hands, constantly rubbing her nose with her hands she didn’t wash, then touched my ID and credit card with said nasty hands. I tried to make small talk with her and she just seemed bothered by me. I rushed to my room to clean my hands and cards to then go to our room to find dirty towels to clean my hands with, bloody sheets filled with other people’s hair, filthy comforters, a used coffee cup on the chair, and napkins on the floor. The towels were not clean and the shower was filled with hair. I ended up leaving after a few hours because it was so dirty. They allow dogs, however they don’t monitor people not picking up dog poop and it’s everywhere outside so you’re constantly having to make sure you’re not stepping in it. The outside trash bins are constantly overflowing. So disgusting. It’s a convenient location, but there are two other hotels right next to this filthy place. I felt as though I was staying at a roach motel which is sad considering how much I paid to stay there.

Staff was EXCELLENT! The gentleman at check-in arranged adjoining rooms for us, and our daughter-in-law & granddaughters, which worked perfect for us as it provided extra room and seating. Also, needed plates/napkins/forks and extra garbage bags, for a volleyball team pizza party, and staff was very accommodating. Oh and…COOKIES!!! Yay!!! ;) Yummy!!

Love the suite we got, very spacious and clean. The pool was also clean and safe. The only negative thing was a couple of maintenance things things. Will go back in the futre.

The bath tub and toilet needed more attention as far as cleaning goes. Otherwise very happy with the accommodations! Great breakfast food choices for the average person. I’m gluten intolerant so few choices for me but that’s typical where ever I go. Only suggestion I have would be to include sour dough bread in the selection. Many GF people can tolerate that type of bread.

Love the first floor rooms with the roll in showers and the bathroom night light. Only suggestion would be adding some sort of nice chair for sitting. I like to sit and read before going to be. The "desk" metal chair worked - just saying the softer one would be nicer. All in all- I give everything a 5!
