If you like bugs on the floor - this is for you! It is too late to request a change. Bathroom is gross - wallpaper is peeling and toilet keeps running. I told my kids to not touch the floor unless they have shoes on.

I will share your comments with the Housekeeping Supervisor as well as the other members of the leadership team. Anytime you have a problem please contact the front desk. We have housekeeping staff available 24hrs a day to take care of any issues. Did you let the staff know about the problems you experienced?
