Very quiet and peaceful place to sleep after a long night of concert fun! Staff was welcoming and kind.

comfortable bed/not so much for the breakfast

The hotel was affordable and the staff was very nice. The hotel breakfast left a lot to be desired. Stale cereal, biscuits/gravy, one waffle maker and bread for toast is not much for a continental breakfast. Should really offer a few more things like something with protein in it.

Hotel was missing the safety latch on the door. It was broken but still left there.

chincy breakfast

The Hotel could of had more choices for breakfast. Two cereals, bread for toast, one kind of yogurt, waffles, and biscuits and gravy. No rolls or doughnuts and the biscuits were hard. On a brighter note, when we mentioned that our girls had a early game on Sunday, they were happy to set up breakfast a half an hour early so they get something before we left.

Better than expected

I didn't need much and wasn't expecting anything special since I wouldn't be in the room much. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice, clean, and seemed like it had been renovated. The bed was super comfortable. The only downside was the McDonald's drive thru was about 50 ft from my window, so I kept the blinds drawn. They offered to switch me to a different room, which was pretty awesome.

Good hotel for the price, good location, excellent breakfast, no bathtub, bathroom need maintenance, shower very poor. I love the fact is a free pet hotel.

UPFRONT PRICING.

I was charged $10 more for a 2-queen beds or a king size bed because I requested a downstairs room because my wife can't climb the stairways.This was under special request. I just booked a room at 1- price and paid a different at check-in.They called this an upgrade.On a Tuesday?Who does that?

Thank you for your feedback. We don't charge extra for the floor preference. However, our room types are priced differently. Our 1 Queen bed room type is the cheapest followed by 2 bed standard room, 1 king bed room and then our suites. I apologize for the confusion. We hope to see you soon.
