Awesome staff!! Facility wasn't all that good. Toilet seat was covered in red, sticky substance. Hot tub had brown foam. Entry door at end of the first floor hall wouldn't open from the outside. Furniture in the room arranged so the TV was unwatchable from the bed.

First, the room was smelling really bad, secondly, the breakfast is not good, the eggs were bad. Thirdly, we left our electric toothbrushes that cost more than $200, After calling more than 20 times, they only answered 2 times. The first time; two days after the incident they said that we have to wait for the call back. We waited, we called back so many times and didn't answer after the seven day. As a surprise the manager didn't solve the issue, besides that he was really rude and not helpful at all. He's name is Adam. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and terrible accommodations.

Close to fair grounds and horse show

Great stayl, really helped us. Kids loved the pool and hottub. Thanks to your FREE breakfast you saved us alot. Kids loved making their own waffles.

Good stay

Check in and out we're easy. Facility was clean and bed comfy. Breakfast was okay glad to something available to eat. Waffles, boiled eggs, muffins, toast, yogurt, juice.

Bad experience

Television wouldnt work..fuzzy screen tried everything. Crazy couple in pking lot asking everyone for rides and throwing their items all over. Basically harrasing all customers. Fight in pking lot lots of screaming and fighting. Police showed up and were there all night . Lots of noise outside my window all night and didnt sleep hardly any. Definately wont stay there again!!

A little older hotel but very pleasant and clean. Staff was very accommodating on check in.

Nice hotel near to Capitol

Spa is good. Breakfast could have been better. Near to capitol and lot of choices for restaurants.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got checked in right away. Our room was very clean and the beds comfy. For the price, it was a lovely stay!

room smelled like musty smoky and the drain stop for the tub was not attached.
