This hotel is nice enough, although not luxurious. It's not close to anything, though, including restaurants, bars, stores, movies, or anything else except maybe a golf course. You have to drive several miles to get to anything. If this doesn't bother you, then this hotel might be for you.
Our family met in Des Moines for a quick Memorial Day visit. We played disc golf at a couple courses in the area and got to see our grandson as he is learning to take his first steps. We all came together at the Country Inn right off I 35 and very close to I 80. There was a great Mexican restaurant ...
Beautiful Hotel very convenient to Des Moines International Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Well maintained and clean both in the lobby and hotel room. Great restaurant connected to hotel, Johnny's Steakhouse. Had dinner delivered to my room; it arrived promptly and hot. Breakfast was also ...
A good experience. Asked when I booked several weeks ago if I could leave my car for the stay and the reply was very curt when they said no. It was not an expectation but I had to ask. The curt reply could have been slightly more diplomatic. Despite that, it was nice to be so close to the airport ...
I had a peaceful and restful time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything that I needed.
We stayed here because the hotel was connected to the skywalk. Everything was great with the hotel rooms and staff. My mom is in a wheelchair and we were able to wheel her via the skywalk to the WF arena without having to leave the skywalk. It worked out great.
Stayed as part of travel for the weekend. Easy to get to, free parking close to hotel and easy check in late at night.
The room was appropriately priced and the staff really took care of my needs. Only stayed for a night but enjoyed it.
Clean, friendly staff, complimentary upgrade to a suite.
Clean comfortable place to stay. Staff was courteous and friendly.
Happy with everything. We’ll managed. But evidently Expedia thinks we have nothing better to do than write long reviews.
The hotel was a nice hotel. Decent sized rooms, comfortable beds, and amazing staff. Our bathroom wasn't the cleanest which was a bit of a turn off and the place is under construction so some areas are confusing and loud. This didn't effect my rating but I wish I would have read the details better. ...
Was in town visiting family and booked this as part of a flight/room combo. Nice entry, cute little bar, very comfortable room. Did not get maid service the first day until after I had returned from the day's activities. . Next day much better. There were some children running around knocking on ...
I come here regularly..good price..clean and close to restaurants
The look and feel of the hotel was amazing. The amenities where really fun, indoor and outdoor pool very nice. The sounds in the room from outside the room and above us was very very loud. I could hear the conversation in the upstairs bath room through the bathroom vents in my room. The floors and ...
It's difficult enough to find a hotel with smoking rooms these days and to find such a luxurious retreat with such is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable, the linens and towels are top quality, and the kitchenettes in each room is very convenient. Very modern rooms, top speed internet, SUPER ...
Clean room and settings around, friendly staff, close to work, easy access to highway, quiet surroundings for sleep, budget price for the value.
