Not good customer service

The receptionist was not friendly at ALL, she did not smile one time, she lied & said our room was not ready & it wld be an hour, she said they were pretty booked last night & guess hadn't checked out. she stated twice "you booked them through hotel.com" couldn't figure what that had to do with anything, there was only 4 cars in the lot.a couple came in to check in, she left the area came back & told me she had rooms for us. If that couple hadn't come we would of had to wait an hour. We were on a time schedule & didn't have an hr to waste. I do understand that sometimes the rooms aren't ready but in this case with only 4 cars in the lot? I told her thank you, she didn't respond nor gave eye contact. The check out clerk was very professional & said thank you for staying with us.

I do apologize for the customer service that you received. Please know that this is not a normal for us. I will certainly speak with this front desk agent. Thank you for staying with us.
