My boyfriend and I decided to take an impromptu weekend get away. Booking was easy and the property was nice. The staff made this property stand out. The woman who checked us in was amazing. I was expecting a totally different personality from a night check in person. At other properties the night staff can't usually be bothered to be helpful. She was so helpful. She told us where to go and that there was a party of 12yr old girls on our floor. She says to let her know if they were to loud. She asked if we needed anything and I had forgotten toothpaste and my bf had forgotten his deodorant. She gave us both items complementary. Oh and she also found my rewards account i had forgotten about. Her customer service was exemplary.

Disappointing stay.
Came into my room and the refrigerator had leaked all over the floor, so I cleaned it up myself. I turned on the bathroom light and a roach was in the middle of the floor. Went downstairs to grab a drink and when I came back up, my 2nd key was never activated. The while time I was there the whole floor smelt like marijuana and it wasn't until the last day that the people smoking were removed from the hotel.

Concert stay
This day was just an overnight for me, my husband and our two grandchildren. My husband was going to a concert so we decided to bring the grandkids and let them stay and swim in your pool.

The staff was super friendly & the room was clean & neat. Very family friendly & the breakfast was actually breakfast. Not prepackaged snacks.

Great stay!
It was wonderful the bed and pillows were both great. We had a good night sleep and great breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back next year at fair time!
