Not terrible but I would have preferred to stay elsewhere. Best attribute is the proximity to the airport. Looks like they're renovating so maybe that was what made it "off". The staff was super nice though! And it appeared clean.

The pool was cold, the jets on the jacuzzi did not work and there was tailgating in the back parking lot until after midnight. The breakfast area was about 1/4 te size it needd to be. I will not stay at this hotel or any quality Inn in the future

The worst time I've had. the guy Eric at the front desk is rude and disrespectful. He destroyed a 9 year old's birthday party. Made us tear all the decorations down and kick'ed us out. Said there no way in_____ were having a birthday party. Thin I asked for my money back and he called the police on me as friends and family members are showing up in the lobby. The police said thay never been called out to any thing like it. And the guy didn't make any sense to them. just got my 9 year old nephew and his brother and sister. out of foster care after an 8 month fight with the court's and Thay go and mess his 9th b-day party up.I have always rent'ed hotel rooms for birthday party's and never had any problems like this. I never got my money back. So the quality inn by the des moines iowa air port and one of the hotel booking site's took my $ money and won't give it back.

It was really uncomfortable and the breakfast was bad, the bathroom and pools were not properly cleaned. They never offered us new towels or to pick up old ones . I wanted my money back

Pretty much what you would expect from a hotel who services people that just there waiting for their flight.
