VERY limited cable/TV offerings. Lovely grounds around pool area. Could use a coffee carafe in lobby. Clean reasonably priced rooms.

Nice pool

What we love about this hotel is the mineral pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms were old, bed not so comfortable and our toilet didn't flush. They do try to make the hotel clean. Staff are nice, if they are around. Overall, we will give it a 3.

Overpriced crappy hotel

they gave us the crappy room in the corner with no type of view and the room looked nothing like what it showed on the internet

Wlill book this hotel again. Great accommodations. Close to fine restaurants. Easy access.

Nice hotel but some improvements needed

The rooms were upgraded with modern decor and style and was very well done. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were great and at the right temperatures. Staff are friendly and helpful. The WiFi was useless with weak connectivity so be prepared to use your own data plan. One of the security guards there was a poor communicator and ticked some people off with his attitude. Other than that it was an overall pleasant experience.

Nice staff

The hairdryer blew up in my hand and burnt my fingers. THE STAFFcould not have been any nicer..They moved us next door and all worked out....the hotel seems to need updating

Hotel needs upkeep

Pros: Nice clean airy look
Cons: Make sure all electronic devices are working, including WIFI, TV, and Phone.
The television is not working and the security guard has spent 30 minutes trying to reprogram it without success. A remote control had tape on the back to hold the batteries in. And the phone receiver in the hotel rattles and should be thrown out. WIFI drops on both my phone and laptop over and over and is unusable.These are simple things and this is the worst condition I have seen in the hotel in years. The beds and showers are quite nice.

Ask a room on the third floor or go somewhere else

very bad night because of people walking in their room above us. No soundproof at all. Old and no food.
