Tv wouldn’t work they sent someone right away!

Posted Feb 2, 2018
Pros: The choices of pools and water temperature.
Cons: Update the bathroom. Although clean it’s a bit dated.
Location: Good quiet area .
We were too early so they told us we can use the pool. We went for lunch , we were phoned to let know the room was ready. The staff has been welcoming so far.

Pros: pools open 24 hours, adults only and Capri restaurant was good.
Cons: rooms need modernizing
Location: If you enjoy the high desert, a short drive to Joshua Tree
Miracle Springs is located at the base of the high desert. I liked the fact that it is for couples only, however when we stayed there were a few very young children. The pools are open 24 hours which is terrific and they were kept clean. The on site restaurant named Capri was good and reasonably priced. I stayed there because of its proximity to Joshua Tree, which we enjoy very much. The one real downside is the very outdated rooms.

We are located the closest to Joshua Tree, if you are planning to visit we are best Palm Springs hotel to stay in. We do not restrict children from the hotel although require that they be supervised. Our rooms have recently been remodeled with newer televisions and bedding.

There was no hot shower in my room And the staff couldn't do anything since there's no one could fix the problem. Not even discounting my room totally waste my money for a stay

We make most repairs a top concern at the guest reception and will discount when no other solution is apparent. Your request was not received by a manager, who would have been able to inspect and review the condition with you. On your next stay, we will be more helpful.

Miracle or Not?

Posted Jan 24, 2018
Pro: the views are beautiful, the beds are soft enough, everything is clean. Con: I booked for the mineral springs, was super excited. The hot tubs were...well like basic hot tubes, smelled like chlorine.

Miracle Springs is situated atop a natural mineral water spring that would not suffice for pools alone. This is the hot tub that we provide so that you may enjoy the free flow of mineral springs waters at their natural temperature. We offer a total of 8 springs pool so that you may relax privately or with others. Our pools are also open 24 hours and we provide towels wifi and parking all at no additional cost. Thank you! I will let the housekeepers know of their efforts.

Mineral Pools

Posted Jan 21, 2018
Pros: The 7 hot pools. There is a posting of temperatures posted at the front desk.
Cons: complementary bottled water in the room. The tap water tastes terrible.
Location: It's any easy 10 mile drive into Palm Springs for shopping, dining, entertainment.
I'm a returning guest at Miracle Hot Springs. I was fortunate enough to get a poolside downstairs room with patio that opens to the hot mineral pools. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful to give us coffee before they opened at 7:00 am. The grounds are clean and tidy. Be sure to have your own rubber sandals for walking across the pool decks. It can get slippery and hot on the deck. Bring your own bottled water as there are no complementary bottles in the rooms. The tap water is not the best tasting. I haven't had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant yet but it is set up quite nicely. Front desk staff has always been helpful. No problem getting extra towels or coffee for the room.

Thank you for leaving us a positive review, we will make the recommended changes to our deck and in room ammenities. Our tap water has been voted to be the #1 tasting tap water in the world in Berkeley Springs, Colorado. We do hope that you will try us again, at 50% off in the future.

Nice pools, and restaurant.

Posted Jan 15, 2018
Cons: It is dated, but charming.
We came back from a strenuous hike in the San Jacinto mountains and were so glad to return to the comfortable hotel and pool. Had a lovely dinner, very relaxing.

Old & Smelly

Old & smelly hotel in a bad neighborhood. Cigarette smell everywhere. Not enough parking. Ron down atmosphere. Would not recommend staying here.

We apologize if you smelled smoking, while we do not allow smoking inthe rooms or near any building, we have also eliminated all smoking areas on property in effort to improve this. We will continue to transition to a spa centered resort with a more polished outlook on guest experiences.
