“Great location. Nice Hotel overall, however, a bit tired, and looks quite rough from the back of the Hotel. Breakfast just ok, the young gentleman who greeted us was lovely, but the girls serving were quite dismissive, asked for more butter, but did not arrive, had to ask another girl. Reception staff were ok, bit robotic Quality of food at breakfast was just ok, nothing amazing. Certain aspects of the room was tired eg grout in bathroom, mirror above sink also worn with age. Car park is not big……
“Parking is onsight but shared with the leisure center, which is very busy. The room was on the other side of the property which was not convenient at all. I was asked about adding the breakfast to my room, which I did not; however, I was not informed about use of any amenities. Front desk not helpful or friendly upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were nice.”
