“Ich möchte die Bewertung aufteilen. Zuerst die Unterkunft: Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, liebevoll dekoriert, die Küche war erstaunlich gut ausgestattet. Zweite Küche im Gartenhaus war auch top. Alles, was wir brauchten, haben wir vorgefunden und wenn was unklar war, immer sehr gute Kommunikation. Die Anlage an sich hat ihre Besten Jahre hinter sich, trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Es ist und bleibt ein Campingplatz und kein Ressort. Das sollte einem klar sein. Ich als Angler bin voll auf meine……

“Gand est une super ville, cet appartement est hyper bien placé. A noter toutefois que les deux chambres sont en enfilade et que l'entretien et le ménage ne sont pas exempts de petits défauts.”

“Place was clean, but may not have been used for a while as there is an odor of sewer when I first arrived. I ran water in all the drains, opened the windows, and it went away. But I would recommend if the property manager knows no one has been there for a while, to check it before it is rented. I get that Belgium has a thing for buying your linen, but they knew I was one person and outfitted all three beds and lots of towels. Lastly, they kept trying to charge me to take out the garbage but……

“Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Nachteil war nur der fehlende WLAN-Anschluss (aber man konnte den Gast-Zugang des im Erdgeschoss liegenden IzyCoffee nutzen (mit täglich neuer Anmeldung). Fehlende Haken für Handtücher/Necessaire und eine Ablage im Bad wurden moniert und sollen noch nachgerüstet werden.”

“Aunque el alojamiento es muy acogedor y bonito, hay un grave problema de aislamiento acústico. Se puede escuchar la conversación de cualquier vecino desde la propia habitación. Y si tienes la mala suerte de tener un grupo de gente haciendo fiesta, el ruido es mayor. Si trabajan el aislamiento, será muy recomendable. ”

“Stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, welches etwas unfertig wirkt und für Selbstversorger ungeeignet ist, da es über keine Kochgelegenheit verfügt. Es liegt am äußeren Rand von Gent, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Ein Bäcker oder Supermarkt ist fußläufig schlecht zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist dank der vielen Fahrradstraßen gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen, der Weg beträgt ca. 6,5 km. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein hauseigener Parkplatz, der nur von Gästen und dem Eigentümer, welcher sehr……

“Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything.”
