Great Stay

Pros: The hotel was very clean
Cons: nothing
Location: lots of shops and places of interest.
I had a work trip and found this hotel. My fellow business partner and I had a fantastic stay. Clean, modern and a great staff. Check in was a breeze!

Nice hotel; far from conference

Cons: Distance from Airport and conference
Location: Too far from conference
Clean , quiet facility with great friendly staff. Best nutritious breakfast compared to some others and with great hospitality

Great Property. Two Pools!

Cons: This is a "suites" hotel. Would have expected at least two chairs, or chair & sofa with table for conversations, watching tv, etc. Just a single chair
Location: This location is slightly outside Destin with plenty to do but slightly less traffic.
Nice breakfast with a few hot items. Exercise room on the small side but did have weights and treadmills.

Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs!

Needed a place to store bicycles overnight. The desk clerk gladly stored them for us.

Nice hotel with difficult access to beach

Very nice clean hotel with excellent service

Location: Great locations and close to everything.
It was a very nice experience, the hotel was very clean in general , the breakfast it was great and the service was excellent. The price is very good too. No complains on our part. We will definitely come back.

Not Quiet

Pros: Not much, other than a port in a storm
Cons: Cleaning, Noise
After driving hours due to the Hurricane. We tried to check in early and were told they would work on it. The room was being cleaned. 2 hours prior to our check in time. I came back 1 hour later to be told that the room was still not clean. Okay, we waited another hour and the room was finally ready. This was the check in time. The room was not clean, the floors in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The room smelled like dogs. There were cheerios on the floor in the bedroom. Unfortunately, they didn't have any other rooms available due to the hurricane. The rooms are very close to the elevators and you hear them all night. We were two rooms away, so I could only imagine the rooms across and next to them. You will also hear your neighbors. They also turned off the pools heater and they were freezing, small children don't exactly like ice water

We strive very hard to try to accommodate all of our guest request, we are sorry that we were unable to accommodate the early check request. Housekeeping works very hard to turn the rooms and have them ready for our guaranteed check in time of 4 pm. . Cleanliness is one of our key priorities here at the Fairfield, rest assure this has been brought to our housekeeping attention. Our property is not a pet friendly hotel, but due to hurricane Irma, Florida governor ordered for all hotels to lift their pet policy, this way pet owners were not forced to leave them behind during the storm. We are currently taking the necessary measures to deep clean those rooms that had pets in them. We have also contacted our maintenance department about the indoor pool heater. We hope you give us another opportunity to better serve you in the future.
