"Overall a good experience but with some discrepancies. The conditions of the two bathrooms were not the best. One toilet wouldn't stop running the water since there were some problems with the flush. We tried to inform the staff about this but they didn't understand. The bathroom cleaning was kind of sloppy. The top hinge of one of the bathroom doors were broke. So we weren't able to properly close it. The lock on this same door didn't work at all. The AC in the living room didn't really do...

"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. We stayed in a deluxe room and enjoyed our balcony with church and street views.Hotel staff friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast on room terrace was lovely with roof top views of the Cathedral. A lovely city to explore and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. "

"¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí! Era la primera vez que nos alojábamos en un hotel H10. Todo fue de primera calidad. El servicio de recepción fue excelente, especialmente el de Laura. ¡Es una futura jefa! Y el bufé del desayuno estaba muy bueno todas las mañanas. ¡Gigi, del restaurante, fue genial!
