They were on hand to direct me to the hotel's Business Centre when I had an unexpected dilemma technology-wise. The hotel itself is just gorgeous with its old-world charm. It is maintained beautifully. It' proximity to Flinders Street Station and the tram routes is a bonus for those who need Melbourne's public transport system to get around. "

"We had a nice apartment on a 16th floor with a balcony that could just see over the building behind and have a nice view of the city scape. The apartment was clean, well equiped and in good condition. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The gym was handy and nicely equiped."
