"We really liked the hotel and were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor with the most stunning view .. the lobby and the hotel is very modern and looks better than on pictures the staff were very nice (specially Omar and Louisa ) views from the restaurants are amazing and everything exceeded our expectations.. food was also delicious and surprised us in a good way.. so tipping and signing bills after each dining wasn’t a big deal for us .. entertainment was great.. playground for kids is great - just be aware the kids club is from age 4 not earlier .. Only negative - was the water in the pools…didn’t look so clean Not sure if it’s because of the pool finish ? Everything else was perfect and we definitely recommend this hotel Thank you 🙏 "
