It was gorgeous and very safe. You had to have a key to the elevator which was a really nice safety feature. The front desk staff was helpful and so friendly. They even helped us on the elevator and showed us how to use the card. Great staff!

Didnt like my view for a preferred room but the hotel is exquisite. The room was quite small but excellently appointed. The lounge had excellent musicians every evening and top notch cocktails. If I return to New Orleans I will stay here again.
