The staff are great, it's a beautiful place. So quite and the rooms are very nice. Lots of shopping and good food near by or at the hotel. The breakfast is wonderful especially when they have the full buffet.

I wish you still offered room service. Please check the entrance to the Lochness Pool. Gate, etc., could use a coat of paint. Some lawn areas need more care. Each staff member was EXTREMELY helpful and cheery, except for the man who "greeted?" my granddaughter and me at the grill.
