“We had a wonderful stay this ek at the vine. Tim’s breakfasts were always good hearty and fresh, and they had firewood cut and ready clean pool, grounds and rooms cleaned every morning. If you’re planning a stay in Dundee or close proximity I highly recommend them!”

“Terrible. Everything about this place sucked. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Black hairs in shower and sink. Drilling at 5 a.m. Horribly located. Can’t warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague.”

“The room was filthy, it smelled liked a smokers room and mold combined. The first room we were given still had food trash on the ground, and the drain would drain in the shower. The second room we were given still had food and crumbs on the ground, and around the beds. There was a pair of underwear between the mattress and wall, somebodies vape and a face mask. There were dust bunnies piled up under all the furniture, and if you put food in your fridge and turned the lights out to go to sleep……

“It took 45 minutes to get some breakfast...the server decided to give us the employee discount as it took so long and they were not busy The exterior of the building is in horrible shape...needs a total redo. The outside by the parking lot - outside the door where the laundry is....has trash..debris, etc all over the place. Send someone out there with a rake, shovel, broom...!!! Fix up landscape! Our microwave and refrigerator did not work...if there is something we were to do to get them……

“1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t.”

“This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B. Breakfast the next morning was truly standing ovation worthy. We sat overlooking a beautiful snowy scene with some many different varieties of birds flying by to say Hi! Make sure you……

“Property was conveniently located for our trip. Our stay was June 25&26. Something not mentioned when making reservations, is that the property is under renovation. So the first floor isn’t available to stay. Also the pool isn’t operational as well. Not a big deal but just want people to know. ”
