Hotel was dated, walls doors dirty and no heat.

Posted Dec 2, 2016
Pros: Lobby
Cons: Turn on the dang heat!!! Wipe down the doors once in a while.
Location: There was a nice hotel right next door. I envied their customers.
Bad experience, rooms were dated and walls/doors were dirty. The first room had a broken toilet, second one had a broken door lock and no heat, the final room had no heat. It was freezing outside and 51 degrees in my room. I pre-paid so they would not refund me and I froze all night. I will NEVER stay here again. The lobby is nice and deceiving for the rooms. I think they may be renovating, but no heat was not acceptable.

Black Friday Bonding Time

Posted Nov 28, 2016
Pros: Closer to Great Lakes Crossing outlet mall. And affordable hotel.
Cons: If possible to have big rectangular pillows instead of a small square pillows
Location: shopping to different malls
After travelling from Toronto at 1:00am Friday Nov. 25, we got to the mall at 5:00am and went to the hotel much earlier than 3:00pm, very tired and sleepy, the hotel receptionist took us in as soon as the room is ready. We were so happy and never slept so comfortably.

Hotel that is undergoing a renovation

Posted Nov 28, 2016
We stayed at Baymont last weekend and although the manager was very nice, a Expedia needs to know that it's going through a renovation and the elevator is very slow and the hall is not heated. The price during such a Reno should have been half of the price that we paid.

Good price, clean, but needs some work

Posted Oct 22, 2016
Pros: The price was reasonable, the staff were friendly and helpful, clean room. It was also in a great location, as it was close to many things...concert venue, shopping, food. Good hotel for a weekend away and place to crash. I wouldn't bring a family to this hotel, as it wasn't child friendly or to my acceptable standards. However for a girls weekend away it was ok.
Cons: Outside door didn't seal when closed and locked, therefore letting in cold air and noise from highway

Pros: Price, easy parking (lots of room for my wide F150 Raptor)
Cons: Update the rooms, bigger pillows
An alright hotel for the price. There's plenty of other hotels in the area so I probably wouldn't recommend. When I drove up to check in, it was around 1AM and there were a bunch of kids/young adults all over the parking lot. I guess there was a concert that night. Check in wasn't bad; but it looked like the front desk clerk was watching her son/daughter in the lobby. Hotel rooms were horribly outdated; air conditioner was ancient and really loud when turned on. I needed to put some weight on it to stop the annoying vibrations. Lights, phone, etc. all seen better days. This hotel uses those annoying half pillows, which I really don't like. The couple next to us were up till 3 AM arguing about money and kept slamming the door. I told the front desk clerk about it and she told me "Wow, that sucks". Alright bed in terms of it being comfortable. 1/4 of the TV channels didn't work; mainly good ones like Discovery, etc. Check out was fine. Didn't eat the breakfast. Not a bad place to crash for the night but I wouldn't want to stay there any longer as the rooms themselves are super small. The driveway was super hard to locate. The GPS took us past the driveway. Only way I knew where it was, was because I stayed in the area before and got lost with that hotel also and stumbled upon this one accidently. It's located by name on Apple Maps if you have trouble; if you zoom in pretty close.

Hotel is okay

Posted Oct 10, 2016
Pros: Beds were comfortable and shower had warm water and good pressure. Breakfast was ok with eggs, potatoes, waffles. Free WiFi worked well.
Cons: Room could use a little updating and repair. Cracks in the walls and furniture was old and coming apart.
Location: Not far from Palace of Auburn Hills and Great Lakes Crossings mall. Tim Horton's just down the road.

NOT THE ROOM I BOOKED

Posted Oct 5, 2016
Cons: Go somewhere else
I was given a handicapped room where the water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor. The bed mattress was shot and the when the AC compressor kicked on it sounded like a helicopter was just outside the door. The refugee kids 7 in all kept knocking on the door every day but could not understand english and had no where to play all day but the decks and parking lot. The bathroom fan didn't work and I could put a pencil under the door anywhere over the threshold.

I literally just needed to sleep there for six hours between two different jobs as a wedding DJ. I slept four hours maybe due to traffic noise and noise from other rooms.
