Close to shopping

It's nice but needs updating. They need to improve their general housekeeping.

Good and nice stay for 1-2 days over all the room was good staf are good but its not the fancy one

Showers need Bleach and elbow grease once and a while. I stayed in two different rooms in same week, both looked sorta clean the black mold in shower and under safety shower handles, toilet lids also had yuck on them also. It wouldn't hurt to pull up bed cover and curtain and move things around a bit to vacuum. And use sanitary wipes to wipe tables microwave. Seems to me it always bare minimum when it comes to cleaning a room now days. My fourth hotel/ motel I last month. All about same lack of cleanliness.

Pictures are better than reality

Pictures online are much better than real conditions. Once you arrive you find worn out furnishings, common areas and rooms needing deep cleaning and daily maid service which provides fresh towels but ignores sheets, coffee in room or ice bucket which was broken. Renovation needed

Don't stay here

Looked for a cheap hotel for the weekend for me and my mom and siblings and though it looked great so I booked it on Hotels.com and had payed for it with my debit card. Well when we got there they wanted a $50 deposit so my mom offered to pay for it and they ended up charging her card $147 without telling her. When she looked up her bank account and seen how much they took out and went to go ask them why they took out $147 instead of only the $50 and they couldn't give her an answer. They just kept saying they didn't know why it charged her card for the room and deposit even though I had already payed for the room. They said it would take a week for the money to go back onto the card. They then charged me and extra $97 dollars and when I called to ask them what it was for they told me they didn't know what the charge was from or that it must have been from the deposit even though my mom had been charged $147 for the deposit. The service was aweful. The food was nasty and hard and tasted old. The beds were hard and lumpy. The heater didn't work in my cousins room. The parking was full so there was no where to park. The place needs to be updated. It is rundown.

Dear Valued Guest: We are sorry there was confusion with the incidental/security hold we have for all of our reservations. If paying with credit card it will hold the total amount of stay, plus the $50 or $100 security hold, that security hold is released by us at check out, however it does not 3-5 business days to reach your bank. Valentine's Day treat

My boyfriend and I stayed here the past two years as a tradition at this hotel. Each time we had phenomenal service and had a wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly and the room was more than we were hoping for. We will be back,

I would not recomend this hotel. My room was dirty when I got there. Hallway was dirty. Looked nothing like the pictures would never of stayed here but had no time to change had already made the payment.
