Wendy was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with her. The refrigerator was unplugged and wasn't aware of this until the next day when the food I brought was warm and spoiled. 3rd. The tv (also unplugged) was not getting any channels. This was after I had to decipher which remote did what (pretty sure I ever got it right) and I had to change the batteries in 1 of the remotes. 4th. The water to the shower took forever to warm up and then only was luke warm at best. My suggestion would be to leave a welcome note explaining these issues. If that happened upon my arrival I would have no complaints having known what to expect. I liked the house and the bed. great parking. easy to find. good price.
