When I travel, I like very comfortable beds and Pillows. Its the only way I feel refreshed. Also the rooms are exceptionally clean.

In town for work, Airport was centrally located, so this was convenient. Planes were loader than I had expected, although traffic tapered off late at night and wasn't disruptive to my sleep.

Everything was great just wondering why their wasn't a microwave in the room. I would think the Courtyrd would pull out all the bells and whistles.

Missed the mark, won't be back

Overall, the hotel is okay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, with so many hotels around the airport to choose from, this one is certainly not special. In fact, it irritated me on a couple key things that will cause me not to come back (especially as there are so many other options). The hallways were noisy and I could hear rowdy guests throughout the night, so that wasn't fun. Apparently, the front desk thought I had checked out, so housekeeping woke me much earlier than I had planned on, trying to turn over my room. Check out isn't until noon, and this was my one day during the week to sleep in. I even had my do not disturb sign on the door. Good thing I didn't get up and leave the hotel for breakfast, because who knows if I would've had a room to return to. Super frustrating! The onsite "bistro" is a joke. I couldn't even get a cup of coffee at 10am, because they had stopped serving food at 9:30am. To me, in an area saturated with hotels, it's customer service and the little things that will stand out and bring people back. This was not worth it.
