The pool and the cute modern pictures is why I booked here in the first place and guess what! The pool was under maitenance our room smelled like BO and was really moist/moldy my husband ended up having severe allergies from the mold or whatever was in the room. I gave the staff a very high rating because the woman at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a refund right away.

Kim at the front desk was wonderful and so was the woman who was working in the Bistro, I did not get her name. I do plan to return to this establishment. Everything was perfect.

Place is outdated, which I can completely overlook if it is clean. My bathroom was not clean. I did not have hand soap or shower soap. I used the liquid shampoo. My family members room had a 1/2 full Pepsi bottle laying in the middle of the floor. I will not stay here next year when we return for an event.

Overall decent experience. Night staff was amazing. Morning staff not so much. No cups for coffee or milk for cereal, when asked got a feeling of being an inconvenience. Breakfast was AWFUL.

I will not comeback! I went to attend a seminar Saturday and I made a reservation for two nights to enjoy a relaxing time. Despite paying for breakfast when placing the reservation, what was offered was a poor variety, and no coffee on hand, Sunday food was retired 15 minutes earlier than regular hours. When complained to the employee, we had a rude response. She stated that the breakfast was a courtesy for kids not intended for adults. So, why I was charged for the meal?. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. When we requested an extra hour to check out to enjoy the swimming pool due to the day before I was in a seminar, I was requested to pay extra 15dlls! This is not definitely a place for relaxing when visiting Novi. Next time I will look to stay in another more friendly hotel.

All staff we encountered were super friendly and great additions to your staffing team! Coffee in the AM was wonderful. Not sure where or how the breakfast is served? I know it wasn’t included but was available - but nobody at the counter we assumed was where breakfast was served? Pool was nice!

The staff here is amazing. They do what they can .. i was not able to sleep comfortably my entire stay . For some reasons they have a strobe light that flashes all day and night i was not maid aware of .. so multiple headaches and very hard to get sleep . I felt like it was a form of torture our something. But i paid and needed a place to sleep for Christmas to see family . I really do feel i should be given my mkney back but i do not want to waist anymore time on this property and will not be staying again as i have had better nights at 40$ a night hotels . And i paid for a breakfast they simply did not have ..... i want a refund on that because i had to go out and spend 45$ a day to eat breakfast on top of what i had already paid to eat breakfast.
