This place needs to be shut down. Most disgusting,dirty place we have ever stayed. Stained walls, curtains and bed spread. Garbage along the hall way and outside. Dirty bathroom,looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The room had an over powering stench of urine. The carpet was sticky, stained and there were holes in it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The room was dirty, no blanket only sheets, barely could walk into the bathroom it’s so small. The walls are filthy covered in cobwebs, electrical outlets half way work.

This hotel is not advertised near the condition its actually in. It is definitely not up to code and there is plaster falling off of the ceiling and the walls. It reeks like weed. The pool area isn't clean. The bathroom is not clean and the bedding has stains. Two of the lamps in my room do not turn on. The fridge does not work. And there's a cabinet in here that is broken. The top shelf is caving in. Definitely not anything like the pictures and I am very disappointed that i brought my children here to swim specifically and I can't even take my kids swimming or give them a bath.

The curtains and walls of my room were very dirty i.e.shoe prints visible on the wall and spilled juice on the curtains. The was a roach in the bathroom sink that i washed down the drain. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling. Very disappointed a the pictures reaaly implied better quality.

The room stunk. Was dirty. The floors probably haven't been vacuumed in months. Bathroom was not totally horrific but the counter still has toothpaste splashes on very dusty/grime everywhere. To be a Wyndham hotel i was shocked. Someone needs to step up their game and actually manage this property or close it for a major remodel. Would not recommend or would never stay again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and I regretted it. The hotel was filthy and smelly. The carpet was stained, the lobby smelled like cigarettes. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a nightmare.

The reservation was for myself and my 13 year old son for his hockey tournament in the area). The experience was awful. The room was not up to standard (bugs, shower did not maintain a warm temperature, the room phone did not work so when I tried to call front desk I was unable to). The biggest problems were multiple drunk people and public drug use around the hotel. At 4 am we were awoken by a fight in the room next door. We heard shouting, profanity, and threats. I was concerned for the safety of my child. I had reserved room for 2 nights but was not comfortable staying a second night. Upon checking out I was not given any paperwork by the front desk and when I asked about refund for the night we would not be staying (paid in advance) I was told to take it up with Expedia and the attendant walked away from me.

1st found roachs in our room, staff didnt give me back driver's license or credit card, changed our room and no remote, outlets didnt work, phone didnt work to call front desk, carpet was dirts, when i went to tell the staff found out they had bed bugs. Didnt want to refund me and wasnt even there 3 hours.

We checked in, which started out smooth. After a few hours my wife see something crawling down the wall. I get up to find and see nothing but on the microwave were three baby roaches. Later on that night an adult roach the hot tub handle. And while leaving one day a gentleman at the counter was making a complaint about roaches he’d seen in his room. And had video proof, there was no iron in the room. I asked front desk about it and said he would check. Did not get an iron until next day, there was no remote to turn the tv. The tv channels were just a bunch of static also so be prepared to watch nothing. I asked about that and never got. Ran out of tissue and asked at night about getting it. Gentleman at the front desk said he would grab some. Didn’t receive it until the next day when I had to ask again. The people at the front desk are always on their phone and seem bothered when you ask for something.

Worst experience ever. This is false advertising. Pics do not look the same at all as the actual hotel. Dirty. Dangerous. Safety hazard issues in the hotel. Smelly. The room was not what the website showed. The tv certain channels had no volume the toilet was wobbly the walls were dirty. Refrigerator didn’t work under the desk the wall was nasty the vanity was not clean. I will never stay there again. The room cost too pricey for a horrible hotel.

There were roaches everywhere there was really no continental breakfast. The coffee they provided was cold, and before we could even check out, the cleaning crew entered before and started throwing our food away.

A little disappointed
When we arrived, we were greeted and the process of getting our room went smoothly as we had already booked online. When we got to our room, however, we were really disappointed. There were stains on the sheets, blankets, and curtains. The towel rack in the bathroom was significantly bent and the shower looked like it hadn't really been cleaned. The chair provided in the room was broken, and one of the lamps and outlets didn't work. The breakfast was lack luster as well. They had some bread to make toast, some oatmeal packets, coffee, juice, and some cereal.

The property need to be renovated and need an exterminator. The place has roaches and is very outdated. If you need an emergency local place to stay it may be ok but for a trip no. Pics aren’t accurate online

The place had roaches. I did not stay. I checked out as soon as I arrived seeing as though I booked online. This hotel should really be shut down immediately!!!

FILTHY & DISGUSTING, IN NEED OF CONDEMNING
This was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at, and that is saying something. We routinely take one to two trips per month and never have I stayed in a “hotel room“, that more closely resembled a garbage dumpster. To say that this property as a whole is filthy, is a gross understatement. From the moment you cross the threshold into the lobby, of this “non-smoking “property, it smells like you walked into a stale frat house at 4 AM littered with dirty ashtrays and vomit. “Dated” is not a euphemism that I would use to describe this property, a more accurate descriptor should be “needs condemned”. This was just the lobby. It should come as no surprise that the hallway leading up to the room smelled like a Snoop Dogg concert. When we arrived in our room, there was filth everywhere. From the boogers wiped on the walls, to the cobwebs dangling from every corner, to the boogers wiped inside of the sheets of the “freshly made” bed. There was some foreign red (not blood, maybe ketchup ?) substance on the walls, and the air conditioner was unable to be turned on because of the level of dust and grime all over it. DO NOT STAY HERE, REGARDLESS THAT THE PRICE IS RIGHT. THIS PLACE IS ALL WRONG, AND DISGUSTING.
