They advertised it as pet friendly but once I arrived there they told me I wouldn't be able to bring my cat. I was very much misled

Not sure where I should begin ...dirt was in the corners on the floor , window sill had dirt ,had pillows that appeared to be decorative pillows with pillowcases on them , phone didnt work wasnt able to reach front desk, had to put my coat on and go to the front desk in the lobby to ask for a face cloth there was only one in the rm, didnt have a shower curtain liner , baseboard heater didnt work in the bathroom and had rust all over it , hairdryer plug was broken , soap dish had burns all over it , someone had used the toilet and didnt flush it , the bathroom counter had a 2 inch gap from being flush with the other part of the counter, only one plug worker in the bathroom, the Kleenex holder was rusty underneath and could be seen while sitting on the toilet. DO I REALLY NEED TO GO ON ? I TOOK PICTURES OF THE ROOM AND ALL OF CONDITIONS THAT WERE VERY DISAPPOINTING !

I was moved 3 times, 1st room smelled like smoke, second room 125, the door was broken so you couldn't event lock it. Room 127, smelled funky but dealt with it, overall i expected it to be cleaner especially being over $100 a night

Just after checking in I received a fraudulent notice from my credit card company. They tried to charge me 3 times the amount that was required for a deposit on top of my deposit. When I checked out I mentioned this and the staff did not care.

I needed to add an extra night stay, called directly &they said no problem. My sister also had a room there & we thought we had adjoining rooms. They didn't have her room # right & we ended up across the court yard from her. My room smelled of cigarettes, old musty carpet, tub had a silicone plug that looked like bird feases, outlets in the room were so worn they wouldn't hold a plug so had trouble charging any electronics, furniture shabby, broken dresser drawer, found dirty socks on the floor in closet, a cleaning rag on ironing board & missing paint on the walls making it look really run down. If it hadn't been so late we would of changed rooms. There weren't enough towels in the room, I called the office & went into the office for towels they said housekeeping would deliver more towels. Not only didn't we ever get extra towels, our room was never cleaned in the 3 days we were there. That extra night was never added & when we returned to our room on that 3rd day they had locked us out. When I went to the office to see what was going on the two managers who were working could care less about the situation & blamed me for the mix up. 1st they couldn't find resverston, that extra night was never reserved, they just changed my arrival & departure up by a day. If I wanted the room another night it would be full rate. We declined the extra night & management had security watched over us as we collected our belongings.

We weren't told of the 24 construction out front. I didn't get the suite I asked for on main level but a jacuzzi tub on second floor!! Room was filthy and I even found a babay bottle under the bed. No meno that the restaurant/bar was closed so no breakfast either. I will not be back!!!
