Pros: nice staff
Cons: room service does not clean the room. only makes the bed and leaves. communication between staff needs improvement
Location: MacDonald, other hotels
i got into the hotel around 10pm on saturday night, after a 9 hour flight. I was ready to check in and the hotel receptionist's exact words " oh you are not going to like this " I said what. she says i dont have a room for you .... i just looked at her as in are you kidding me , she looked and said the only one I have available is the handicapped room, and tomorrow morning I can switch you out to your regular room. I said fine. next morning I go in to try and switch the room and they say they can not switch it, the manager isnt in, and it looks like you have already switched into a different room. I told them i did not switch into a different room, the girl already told me my room isnt available and i had to spend the night in this other room and that you guys will switch it in the morning, the girls looks at me and says I CAN not switch it for you, why would that girl switch you anyways . I remember mentioning that in the case I need the maintenance to go into the room and fix the plug in as the blowdryer wont work, and she said maintenance isnt in until Tuesday ( this was Sunday ) and management isnt in until Tuesday as well ) . I mentioned to her it doesnt make sense for me to wait 3 days till i can switch a room when im staying at the hotel for 5 days only . I asked that I get refunded and check out to go some where else , she said you have to wait for management. on tuesday they have problems with the wifi. no more INTERNET until FRIDAY . TV DID not work in the room .

Cheap Hotel

Pros: Close to Detroit.
Cons: Clean the rooms.
Ground floor room that looked like the sink and the shower had not been washed in some time. The shower curtain had black mold on it. Would never go back there.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Posted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Ambiance, housekeeping, rules about the pool, etc...
Location: I was visiting relatives nearby but found that staying somewhere else was much better.
Noisy, nothing was plugged in. It was a non breakfast buffet. I left early and found another place to stay after a night of people allowing their screaming kids in the pool until 1 am. It was the most miserable experience I have ever had in a hotel.

Room dirty. Locked out room daily. Check out staff rude. Housekeeper did not want to give extra wash clothes. Just terrible!

Could have had a better stay.

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: I liked the breakfast in the morning.
Cons: The hotel needs to have security. I did not feel safe at all.
Location: There are restaurants nearby. There was a Walmartnsar the hotel.
I rented this hotel so I could have a peaceful night away. It was in a good area so I thought it would be safe. There was numerous activity outside the hotel all night long. There was several unsavory characters. I worried about my car getting broke into. I also did not sleep well. The rates for this hotel should be cheaper. The room was ok. It was a standard room. The hotel staff were polite.
