The staff was not very friendly. Boarding pass printer had not ink, I went to the front desk to let them know and they just laughed and told me the computer has not been working correctly. i asked why is it still available to guests if it is not working correctly and the lady laughed and told me the week prior a guest had changed the language on the computer to Spanish and it had not been working properly since then. room service goes thru the front desk and you are then transferred over to the restaurant. The server at the restaurant informed me to just call the restaurant and skip dialing the room service on the room phone. I was on hold with the front desk for close to 10 minutes just to get transferred to the restaurant to place my order. I stopped by the front desk to ask why he put me on hold when I clearly explained when he answered my call that I wanted to place an order. The attendant at the front desk just brushed me off. While checking out I mentioned the incident to the attendant checking me out and he could have cared less about me being on hold for 10 minutes or the issue I had with the printer. Even with the two issues I had ( I'm just being a grump) the location is great and I will probably end up staying there again.
