I arrived at about midnight. I noticed the room, 182, was rather warm and humid. I figured it was just me being tired. When I woke the next morning, the floor was soaked from the A/C freezing. Not upset about that, mechanical issues happen.
What upset me was I called the manager and let her know. She made me wait for someone to come look at it. I had a business meeting to go to, and couldn't wait any longer. I walked out, and was almost late. When I returned, the manager actually wanted me to look at the room to see if I'd stay in it. I walked in to a wet floor, the A/C off and not usable, and a mildew smell in the room. She seemed upset because I was not happy with the room. I told her to change, which she did. For having such a high rating, I expected more.
