Great experience clean room. What I like most was customer service and close to airport. Yes I would stay again. My family also very pleased.

I arrived at about midnight. I noticed the room, 182, was rather warm and humid. I figured it was just me being tired. When I woke the next morning, the floor was soaked from the A/C freezing. Not upset about that, mechanical issues happen. What upset me was I called the manager and let her know. She made me wait for someone to come look at it. I had a business meeting to go to, and couldn't wait any longer. I walked out, and was almost late. When I returned, the manager actually wanted me to look at the room to see if I'd stay in it. I walked in to a wet floor, the A/C off and not usable, and a mildew smell in the room. She seemed upset because I was not happy with the room. I told her to change, which she did. For having such a high rating, I expected more.

We stayed here when our flight was canceled. It was the cheapest hotel in the area we could find, but it was very nice and the employees were very accommodating.

Pros: Close to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to airport at "0h Dark Thirty" AM.
Very short stay only six hours. That's all I can say.

Not to family friendly.Hotel .spa wasn't cleaned. .and filled up 2 days in a row
