Convenient and good price, but dated facilityPosted Sep 3, 2015
Overall, not bad. Definitely wasn't built to be a Doubletree by any means. Upset that my room wasn't turned, but the great clerk, Nikki took over and provided me with a free drink from the bar for my inconvenience, and a complementary breakfast the next morning. Overall I can't complain too much, but I'll probably pick something a little nicer next time.

Hotel close to shopping, restaurants and exwaysPosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Convenient to shopping, restaurants and expressways, & my meetings. Facility seemed new or recently remodeled. Quiet though near expressway
Cons: Customer service at check-in Room assignment Houskeeping
Location: Within walking distance of shopping center and a variety of restaurants. Short drive to two major shopping centers. Easy on and off expressway.
Not sure if due to Expedia booking: 1) Hotel had trouble finding my reservation under my name. They found it with the confirmation number, then said "Oh it is an Expedia Room". 2) They put me in a room all the way at the back of the hotel, even thought they were far from full. Had I been shown where the room was, I would have asked for a change. When I discovered where it was, I was running too close to my Friday evening meeting to ask for a room change. 3) Room never got cleaned Sunday. It was too late when I returned from dinner at 9:30 PM to ask them to clean the room, I was tired and just wanted to sleep. Almost got the feeling I was being "punished" for booking via Expedia. Sent an email to the Hilton Guest Service Manager after my stay explaining my concerns but never got a response.

I'm surprised this hotel was a double tree. It didn't feel like a double tree experience people expect. Needed a lot of updating and our bed was supposed to be a queen-- it looked like a double bed.

Cons: Refrigerators in rooms, particularly in the suites. Keys that don't die.
Quiet hotel, decent experience, no frills. Fine for an overnight.

Wet wet bathroomPosted Jul 7, 2015
Overall a good experience, however, the bathroom doesn't stay dry. The shower doesn't keep water in well. Floor kept getting lots of puddles. Had to use lots of towels! No exhaust fan either added on top to create a mess!!

Great price and location. Curtains were dirty and bed was not particularly comfortable but was sufficient.

Excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was amazing. I was tempted to stay another night!!

Clean and value for moneyPosted Jun 2, 2015 on Hotels
I spent one night. I always look for a clean room and value for money and got both. The hotel is located close to the freeway (accessibility) but I had no issues with noise in my room. The hotel is located close to other amenities (tucked away in a quiet corner of a large open air, drive around, mall.) The reception and breakfast staff were pleasant during my interactions with them. The breakfast buffet was just fine with standard hotel fare, with omelets to order. One other positive feature is the longer than normal pool that is just about long enough to do laps in if that is your chosen form of exercise.
