Do not stay here.

The hotel is old and dirty. We walked into our room looked around and found pubic hairs on the counter and sink, shower and then all over the bedding. There was also dust everywhere and run down appliances. We left and asked for a refund within 5mins of checking in. We warned the people walking in as we left and they told us they had checked in the previous night and had all of the same issues and that the staff told them it was dog hair and brought them new sheets to change their own bedding. Still grossed out by the whole experience.

Stayed for two nights while attending some training classes. Very basic room and services. Just what I expected.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big windows. Bright rooms. Close to restaurants.

Nice place to stay after concert. Jason the Front Desk clerk was very nice, courteous and polite. He was also helpful getting us a taxi.

Pros: Quiet and relaxing.
Cons: Hotel was what I expected.
Location: Without a car, there is nothing major within walking distance other than local restaurants. Large shopping mall 15 minutes drive away.
Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. A variety of restaurants were nearby. There is little in the way of public transport, so unless you have a car, a taxi is the only travel option.

Shocked

I have never been to a hotel where you don't have house keeping each day. I was told I would have to stay a week to have house keeping. I had to get my own towels etc.

Business trip from hell

After a rough flight, I arrived at hotel to find it flooded out. Front desk person sent me to another facility. The second facility explained that they don't have a room. Then front desk person called prior hotel yelling at them, they have no rooms. Very bad experience

Awesome and clean hotel

This is a awesome hotel, if you are looking in Auburn Hills I recommend this hotel the room was awesome very clean nice bathroom and if you are planning on staying a couple of days there are rooms with a full size refrigerator a sink and cook top. Also there is shopping and great restrarants near by. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
