Very disappointed in Hotels.com

The Hotel stay was not the worst I have stayed in,but I believe it was a far cry from the original hotel I booked. I was called at 2am 5 days before our trip answer was informed that hotels.com overbooked the hotel, then it took over an hour on the phone the next day to get this solved. I called back the next day since I was woke up at 2am for this. Then hotels.com recommend 2 other hotels that would have cost more money of course, had to argue to get transferred to hotel at the same price. The.extended stay was not the worst, but the bathroom was a bit dirty and the room had fleas in it, that we did not discover until the next day. I believe this trip would have been much better if our original reservations were honored.

Your review recently caught my attention. It is disappointed you did not have an excellent stay with us do to multiple cleaning issues. These issues have been addressed by our housekeeping staff and our contractor has been contacted to treat the room. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We would love to have another chance to provide you with a better experience at our hotel the next time you're in town.
