Convienent Quick Stay

Check In was very quick. Desk attendant was friendly, upbeat and efficient. Easy parking ... Clean room ...comfy bed.

Never again

The staff at this location was very rude. Myself, who's 6 months pregnant, my husband and my 4 year daughter were woken up by drunken guests arguing in the hall. We called the front desk and she asks "what do you want me to do? You can call the police". The bathroom toilet and shower had hair in and on it from previous guests. Never again!

Good if expectation is low.

Pros: It was spacious
Cons: Customer service. No Breakfast.
I had stayed here for three days and I had an OK stay. But it all depends on your expectation. If you are looking for a breakfast it was literally non-existing. Three muffins and oats and coffee is the so called breakfast. The staff is unfriendly and the attitude is if you want you stay here stay or go away. There is no coffee maker or cups or most of the things that you expect in a room. All things need to requested for in the front office and collected from front office. If you ask for a coffee maker you will get it but if you want a cup to drink the coffee, you will have to ask separately. Not all the things where working. One stove top was not working. the washbasin had no filter. One light was not working. Only one set of soap was provide for three days.The bed sheets here not ironed and it was not the greatest. But having said all these, I did not have any issues with sound or the bed. I had three good days of stay and not complaining as I was not expecting much.

The pictures show the condition of the room when I walked in. That is a very uncomfortable feeling of somewhere you are suppose to be sleeping at.

Great value for a short stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful at check-in. Room was comfortable and adequate. Oddly the room seemed relatively smoke-free when I checked in, but the next morning it seemed to be more like a room that had been smoked in before. Perhaps the adjoining room had something to do with it. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

The staff were really friendly. The place was very clean through out hotel. This site offered a small kitchen in each room for travelers that stay multiple nights. Breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee. If you want more than that bring it with you. Very convenient to the highways and to shopping.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Ran into a small issue, with my 1st '2' rooms being dirty. The 1st room, was given the impression of clean, with the sheets wrinkled and the cover pulled back. The 2nd room was dirtier. The lady at the front desk, took great initiative and search for a cleaned & prepared room and got me settled right in. Absolutely, no issues behind the initial moment. I would certainly stay again.
