The pool was closed, which was disappointing, but after the hosteds explained why, i understood and was thankful. The ruins were clean and well appointed, could use the updating like I've seen at other Hampton hotels. Overall, it was a nice quality place and I plan on staying again.

Thought the hotel was cozy. The lobby and fireplace was nice. Hot tub and pool enjoyable. Close to restaurants, shopping. The only thing that I would change… they need to leave BOTTLED WATER in the rooms for the guests. It is a HILTON… put WATER IN THE ROOMS.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. Everything vaccumed and floors mopped, stair wells clean, and I had no issue with the cleanliness of my room. However, I noticed that the upholstery throughout needs a good steam cleaning or re-apholstery. Lots of stains in the dining hall as well as in my room footstool and sofa. This is not housekeeping's fault. I think it's probably due for a refresh.

The woman working check-in around 8:30 PM on Saturday March 30th was simply fantastic at her job. Helped us to park our boat and trailer in a suitable place and suggested food nearby. Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable! Thank you so much!

Everything was excellent except the back of the building it needed a spring clean up. I’m sure once the weather breaks it will happen. We stay here on average 3 times a year!!!

The hotel is perfectly located. Behind/next to there is a McDonald's, taco bell and kfc along with a gas station. Right in front of the hotel is a little strip mall with a salon/ tanning, a dollar tree and across the road is walmart so very conveniently located and just down the road is multiple places to eat. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff were very kind and friendly.

Got a great price on this hotel while visiting my mom. It's a little bit nicer of an area compared to the surrounding areas. The hotel was nice, the room was generous in size, and the breakfast was decent. They even had red velvet batter for the waffle maker!

We stayed for 10 days while visting family in the area. Rooms were clean. Pet area. Laundry facilities. Everything we needed for our stay. Could have cleaned up some of the garbage around the parking lot though. Inside the hotel was clean. We are planning another stay at this hotel in the summer while attending a family wedding.

Upon check in the staff was very rude. Had to pay more a night for our dog than the room charge. Had requested king bed received two queens. Did not want to tell the staff we had the wrong room as the front desk staff was so rude. Would not stay there again

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast area is large/ food was great. And im very particular when it comes to hotel showers and The Hampton has the best ive had of any stay. By that i mean the water pressure is excellent. Not just dribbling out like so many others. You feel clean and fully rinsed after. Great stay here for us. 2 days.

Disgusting hotel,! Dirty, stinky smoky, gross
The minute we walked in hotel, i knew we were in misery! Hallway carpet saturated in filthy dirt and collection of dust along the entire cracks. Our room smelled so bad of cigarettes and pot!!! My asthma kicked in within minutes of stepping in room! We left immediately, and are still fighting to get reinbursed???? Through Hotels.com what a joke, hotel manager lied through his teeth to get out of his filthy mess of a business hes running! This mind you , is the Chesterfield Hampton Inn, location in michigan to be specific! Dont ever go there!!!! You will be disgusted!!

Pool was colder than normal. Literally shiverred going in it. Went twice and never any bath towels available. But staff was EXCELLENT. They did their best but.... when we arrived at 3pm to check in, NO rooms were clean. Only had 3 cleaning staff according to the front desk person. So we sat around, then finally went out shopping for awhile until our room was ready. Overall a good hotel, was clean and nice hotel.

This hotel was very nice and the staff were incredible. I stayed in a 2 queen suite and it was a nice large size with wet bar/microwave. A dip in the hot tub at the end of a long day was a special perk. The entire place is clean and there a nice small touches, like the cocoa bar and fresh cookies. And pumpkin spice waffle batter. This is now my home away from home when visiting my Dad at the nearby Veterans retirement home. The location is by great restaurant options and shopping.

Everything was superior. Very clean hotel, Very clean and the lay out for the breakfast area was very nice. I love the accommodations and invitations for my dog too. The area around the hotel is real nice. I felt safe to walk around and all the nearby places to shop and eat. Breakfast is teal important for my hockey player also, I love the great breakfast.

The hotel was close to all types of shopping. The rooms were big and clean. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast was your average buffet but lots of options. The staff was fabulous & super friendly. We will definitely be coming back.
