The only thing that was bad was the tv No station came in but 3 And we had a lot of loud banging by our room , I’m assuming it was from other visitors

We sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance you've encountered while you were here. It is unacceptable for any guest to disturb another guest during their stay; it is even more unacceptable that our staff was unable to efficiently and kindly solve this issue for you as that is always our intention. We do our best to correct any problem a guest may encounter as sincerely and efficiently as possible. I will be speaking directly with the staff member who handled this situation and make sure that know that refunding the stay doesn't necessarily solve the problem. I feel that our staff could have been more compassionate in understanding what you had experienced. This is not how Hospitality is displayed and not the way we handle these types of situations for that we most sincerely apologize.

The staff was awful. Very unprofessional. Not friendly. They had no maintenance on staff. My mini fridge was broken. There were no towels at pool. My room itself was clean and fine for what I paid.

A little piece and quiet please
Arrived a little later. People were outside having a good time which isn't a problem until it was 1am and still were having a good time which we could hear load and clear. Asked front desk to ask them to quite down and the response was they are outside, nothing we can do. Went down for breakfast at 8am after a long night and they were already out of breakfast items.

The wasteful materials of breakfast service is appalling -paper, plastic everywhere -just awful. Hilton needs to update its policies and stop contributing to landfills so aggressively—its gross.

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Front desk was helpful when needed. Good breakfast-kids always love the waffles. Pool could of been cleaner for my liking- could see debris at the bottom of the pool. No one present at desk at AM checkout, left room key in box- I always like to make personal contact at check out.

if you have pets and your booking through expedia beware, it says they will charge you $50 per pet usd. But when you get to the front desk they want to charge $75 usd which for a canadian with the conversion rate is pretty much the price of the room. My room was also downgraded from a king to a double and i still was charged the same price. The staff on site were amazing, and the beds were super comfortable so thats why im still giving 4 stars.

I booked this hotel last minute after looking at the reviews of a different hotel I had booked. Very glad I did. Front desk staff were kind and courteous even after dealing with other guests booking issues (hotel was sold out and online reservation sites were still allowing people to book that same day, thank goodness I booked the day before) bottled water and snacks were given to me and my son at check in. When we came back from the Jason Mraz concert, my son ended up feeling nauseated. The over night desk staff offered a diet or regular coke to try to settle his stomach as the vending machine that had ginger ale was having issues with its card reader. Over all, will definitely stay here again.

I was convenient for driving to my event. Room was clean and quite comfortable. I did not use the pool or business center but both appeared clean and easily reached from anywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was pretty expansive given the day of the week (Tues.) and relatively few guests
