Friendly helpful staff. We said we needed to go to a Walmart. Front desk person told us she would print us directions. She had them ready as soon as we came by the front desk, which was about 5 minutes later. Great breakfast.

The room was clean but the heating and air conditioning was a problem. Once the set temperature was reached the unit would shut off and then kick back on to maintain the temperature. I was awaken each night because I was so hot.

Pros: Price and location.
Cons: Update room decor periodically.
Location: Near family and friends. No one goes to Detroit for the "things to do".
Close to family and friends. Wonderful breakfast. VERY friendly staff!!!

We had an issue with some boisterous neighbors next door when we were trying to go to bed. Security responded immediately. When the problem was not solved the staff promptly moved us to a different upgraded room.
