Staff was helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants. The breakfast the following AM was great. All the amenities that I would want plus more.

Nice clean hotel with free airport shuttle.

Stayed in a king room. Clean, quiet, quick (free) ride to/from DTW (call ahead if you fly in late), great hot breakfast. Will stay here again.

Excellent option for overnight before flying

The front desk service was excellent. Check in was possibly the fastest I have ever experienced and they were very friendly and helpful. The only negative to the stay was that the hotel does not have glass dishes. I needed a wine glass for my wife and needed to go to the Garden Inn next door for one. This was slightly inconvenient, but not enough to detract from my being overall impressed with the hotel and staff.

On business. You always know what to expect at a Hampton. The service at this one in particular was top notch (although I have never been disappointed in Hampton service as they are all very well trained). Excellent and friendly front desk staff.
