Hotel is not clean. The check in staff has given wrong information about cleaning schedule. We missed the time to request cleaning. The room is dirty that we could not sleep entire night. Fortunately, the Housekeeping supervisor, Rafadija went out of her way and manage to clean the rooms. Also, no information about holding $200 deposit upon check in. Expedia should state in the reservation. Front desk staffs were not helpful. I am Hilton Honors member, and stayed at other Hampton Inn. Other hotel prepare coins in case we do not have coins for the laundry。 However for this property, when I asked if they can help change some coins, the staffs’ attitude is too bad, nothing we can help.
My experience w Hampton Inn totally changed after this visit.
