Had to evacuate our room due to a furnace catching

Had to evacuate our room due to a furnace catching fire on the second floor. We weren't comped our room or even offered a free breakfast the next morning as a simple way of apologizing and making us feel that our business was appreciated. We've stayed here before and had a great experience so that is why I chose this hotel again. Maybe I shouldn't have. Being in the management environment myself it's my job to ensure our guests are 110% satisfied with every aspect of their encounter and that was simply not shown to us last night

nice Hotel near Great lakes Crossing.

Pros: staff was awesome.
Cons: sofa beds.
Nice Hotel Friendly Staff, but the Sofa bed was terrible, need to change them,when you pay for a room with a sofa bed you expect some comfort, very disappointed, had to sleep just on sofa was that bad.

I would NOT stay again.

We show up to check in friday around 3 and our room was on the 5th floor(executive level) the guy at the counter asked if we needed a handicap room and i replied no(now looking back im wonder why the handicap floors were even on the 5th floor) so they move us down to the 4th floor(HHonors level) wich was fine no big deal. We leave and go meet up with family that we came up to see for the weekend. So me and my girlfriend get back to the room tired of course and just wanted to go to sleep. As im walkin toward the bed i notice brown and black specs on the skirt around the box spring. I lifted up the matters and there was a sheet of ply wood between the mattres and the 2 twin boxspring. This ply wood was rotten, wet, and falling apart. I call down to the desk and they move us rooms, again. So they give us breakfast for the next 2 nornings, wich in my opinion was not that great at all, everything just seemed old. Any way to say the least this hotel exsperience was worse then any i have every had.

Pros: There truly was nothing we did not like.
Cons: I have nothing.
Location: Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby.
Great experience, the hotel was really nice but what set it apart for us was how friendly the staff was. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

Close to the mall and Palace of Auburn

I loved how the room was laid out and how it was so comfy! Staff was friendly and helpful! Only thing didn't like was only 2 elevators but other than that everything was great!

Had a great stay and would return

Pros: My favourite thing about this hotel was the layout. The bedroom was quiet, had a comfortable bed, dresser with TV, and blackout shade in the window.
Location: Ideal stay for a shopping trip - Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, Costco, Lakeside Mall, and Best Buy are nearby.
I am a light sleeper and rarely have a restful sleep in a hotel. I felt that the room was clean, in a safe location off the highway, and the room differed from others that I have stayed in as bed had its own room where we didn't hear people walking in the hallway at night. I had a restful sleep and would return to this hotel if staying in the area again. We used the pool and hot tub. The room had a mini fridge. Breakfast is not complimentary however it is comparable. Had an issue in the room, told the desk and the issue was fixed promptly. Check in/out is quick. Travelled as a couple.

Convenient for DTE Theater concert commute.

Pros: Proximity to DTE Theater.
Cons: Price was probably 10% too high for the quality of the hotel.
Location: DTE Theater.
Hotel was fine. Nothing to write home about, but it served our needs.

New teenager, 13, on mini trip w/mom

Mom wanted to have a mini road trip with her daughter to celebrate her 13th birthday. We bought concert tickets to see Twenty One Pilots and made our way to Auburn Hills. This hotel was a great choice for shopping and quiet time. Location is near a business park so minimal traffic during the weekend. The staff was very professional AND friendly.
