Had to evacuate our room due to a furnace catching fire on the second floor. We weren't comped our room or even offered a free breakfast the next morning as a simple way of apologizing and making us feel that our business was appreciated. We've stayed here before and had a great experience so that is why I chose this hotel again. Maybe I shouldn't have. Being in the management environment myself it's my job to ensure our guests are 110% satisfied with every aspect of their encounter and that was simply not shown to us last night
