Nice hotel close to the palace and shopping!

Staff was friendly and courteous Speedy check in excellent location for events at the Palace and shopping at Great Lakes crossing!

Had to evacuate our room due to a furnace catching

Had to evacuate our room due to a furnace catching fire on the second floor. We weren't comped our room or even offered a free breakfast the next morning as a simple way of apologizing and making us feel that our business was appreciated. We've stayed here before and had a great experience so that is why I chose this hotel again. Maybe I shouldn't have. Being in the management environment myself it's my job to ensure our guests are 110% satisfied with every aspect of their encounter and that was simply not shown to us last night

Nice hotel

The staff were great! Very welcoming, our room was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the hot tub. We went down around 7pm and the pool area was extremely busy with children and we werent able to do more than soak our feet in the hot tub as there were about 10 kids in it. so we went back to room and came down during "adult swim". The tub wasnt real warm and there wasn't enough water for the jets to properly work. A worker must have realized that, we felt water being added to the tub. Unfortunately it wasn't hot water! We ended up getting out as it was cold and not enjoyable. Otherwise our stay was nice.

When checked in they said that continental breakfast was in the morning and then never gave us the coupons necessary. Then when returning to the front desk for coupons was given a hassle.

Clean and very nice room

We had an upgrade in out room which was very nice. We had a suite with a living area that was very comfortable.

Use to be Perfect but NOT Anymore

They did not clean our room twice while we were there even though we took the Do Not Disturb sign off at 11:30 am. The second time it happened we called housekeeping to let them know we were leaving for the day, which we did each day after the first time. The tile around the closet was either missing or laying there, the ceiling in bathroom had that orangy/pink mildew(I cleaned it off after they cleaned us three times with nothing changing) and the sprayer in the shower would not stay up and all they could say is they do not have the part but thank you for letting us know (I thought of five ways to make it work in one minute and had them bring me up rubber bands to hold it up). It was funny they were just going to make us live with it even though their motto is if something is not right we will make it right. The hallway carpets have lots of stains and the front desk staff does not talk to you unless you engage them.

nice Hotel near Great lakes Crossing.

Pros: staff was awesome.
Cons: sofa beds.
Nice Hotel Friendly Staff, but the Sofa bed was terrible, need to change them,when you pay for a room with a sofa bed you expect some comfort, very disappointed, had to sleep just on sofa was that bad.

The pool was freezing! Duct tape in the shower tile. Otherwise it was nice. Very nice common area with tables, TVs, and bar.
