Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Close to where I neede

Loved the walk-in shower! Room arrangement good. Comfortable bed. There was a cold mini-fridge. Nice lobby. Had a small bar. I didn't try the food but I believe there was room service. Breakfast was not complimentary. Very clean & pleasant.

Sehr gutes Businesshotel

Pros: Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals und Frühstück
Location: Direkt in der unmittelbaren Umgebung einer der größten Shoppingmalls mit sehr vielen Essens und Shoppingmöglichkeiten
Wenn man in Farmington Hills beruflich zu tun hat ist das Hotel definitv eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Team ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse reichhaltig und mit einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhälnis.

Convenient, but very firm beds

The room was larger than an average hotel room and it was nice having Queen beds rather than Full. The mattresses were extremely firm though, more so than any other hotel bed I can remember sleeping on. The room itself was clean; bathroom clean as well. The free wi-fi applied to three devices per room per 24 hour period, so be aware of that. The staff was friendly and the cleaning staff did a nice job tidying up the room. I might stay here again, but I would probably look for something in the same area that had a softer mattress.

Beautiful interior, great value for money

Cons: I thought $11.95 for hot breakfast was too much.
Location: Fountain Walk in Novi is full of shopping, nightclubs, restaurants.
Staff was very friendly, gave us coupons for nearby restaurants. Pool/whirlpool area was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Otima opção em Novi!

Minha impressão do hotel foi muito positiva, o hotel é clean, bem cuidado, quarto grande, cama confortavel, e o cafe da manha bem gostoso, porem cobrado a parte. Fica bem proximo de um otimo shopping e restaurantes legais.

Great stay. Might want to state that breakfast is not included. Had a great complime target breakfast, or so I thought, until I got a bill for it.

Improve Customer Relations

I booked two rooms for colleagues coming from Japan and mistakenly they had also booked at another Hilton property in the same city. I failed to cancel the reservation. They additionally stayed at Hilton properties the next 3 nights. The Hotel Manager refused to help with the cancellation fees on the failed cancellation and I was charged for two nights (one night for each of my colleagues). Recommend that Hilton encourage better customer relations with its Hotel Managers.
