We checked in pretty late. The girl on 2nd shift was absolutely swamped and dealing with more than one difficult customer. But she was so patient and so sweet, easily one of the best receptionists I’ve dealt with. I wish I could remember her name. But the room itself was awesome! Very clean. Quiet. The bed was comfortable. No complaints about the room or staff. Would absolutely stay again.

Urine stains all over bed with other stainage. And then had the audacity to keep my incedental fee. When me and my children slept on yellow urine stains the first night outta three. Then took 5 hours to change them! I do not recommend.

Decent motel for the price. Night staff was a little washy, but the next morning staff was great. Lots of blue collar workers sleeping off from work so the hotel is nice and quiet early. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool, there was a couple families that were letting their kids go buck wild and scream the whole time. No biggie, I love seeing kids have fun, I just know I would not have enjoyed the constant screaming while in there, so I skipped it. Overall, would stay here again for a quick overnight.

Staff was great. Rooms felt like you were staying in a Marriott which were very nice. There was an omelet breakfast station and some good breakfast food there this morning. I highly recommend this hotel

I asked at the front desk to make sure that I had a clean room especially due to me having severe allergies. My bathroom was dirty and had someone’s leftover behind (booty) dust on the toilet seat. When I asked if someone could come clean the room, I was told that there was no one to clean the room and that I could go get a key to check another room to see if that room was clean enough or I could clean this room myself by coming down and getting the cleaning supplies. I feel that that is so unprofessional and goes against the standards that Hilton is held to. Why shall I be even more inconvenienced to go around checking rooms or cleaning them when I am tired and I already paid for those services to begin with. If I could give zero starts, I would.

I like that the customer service was friendly! I had my dog and he sometimes gets car sick! I thought he was fine and when I get to the desk with my dog he got sick and the lady at the service counter was nice about it as I asked for some tissue to clean it up. I love that I could bring my pup to the hotel with no issues!! Thank you. I had a great stay. Clean and loved that they supply dove shampoo conditioner and hand and body soap along with dove lotion. Also great breakfast

Very pleasing stay.
The staff during check in was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast items that was available in the morning as well. House keeping was amazing in making sure there were new towels and kept everything clean. Hotel is very quiet, which was an absolute bonus given how close it was to the interstate. Given the chance I'll absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this property because it was a short thirty minute drive from Michigan Stadium. We checked in a little early and was able to get settled before the game. We didn’t come back until around midnight (there were atleast three restaurants opened until 2am). There was limited parking when we got back to the hotel but that was to be expected. The room was nice and clean, the staff was extremely nice, complimentary breakfast was very good; omelets, pancakes, etc. I’ll definitely come back.

We stayed for 4 nights. The housekeepers were very nice, gave sets of towels as needed, I asked the housekeepers directly how often they come in the rooms to clean, they responded everyday! The room was very clean when we first arrived, we really appreciated the complimentary Dove soaps in the shower/tub and body lotion. Pool area is nice and clean with towels ready. The warm continental breakfast was great!! They have a nice selection or warm items. Overall I was able to rest easy knowing I selected a clean, friendly, and affordable hotel for my vacation.

This property was easy to access from I-94. The overall condition was like new in most aspects. There was a a lovely pool which we did not get the pleasure of utilizing. The rooms were beautifully appointed and clean. This was one of the quietest hotels I have stayed in. Plenty of free parking and key card entrances to easily access the building. I was very pleased with the free breakfast. What a nice bunch of food options! I would not only recommend, but would stay here again without a second thought.
