Nice stay, great staff, very friendly. Only problem was a large group on the same floor were up late causing many problems and left us uncomfortable.

Awesome family getaway

Close to Joe Louis Arena and the people mover

We checked into the rm and refrigerator didn't work. Called it in, never got fixed before we left. Shower Faust leaked very bad. Valet parking was great and fast. They were the best. Breakfast was awesome.

The fire alarm went off constantly until midnight. The front desk said it was a false alarm, but they couldn't figure out how to shut it off. The building is very loud overall, wouldn't recommend staying there.

Pros: the guest service was really good. and they said they would give us a free stay
There was a hot tub pictured and NO hot tub. The emergency alarms started sounding, for hours and hours! My daughters were scared. And, it was very hard to sleep!
