Holiday Inn I certainly expected more from you.

Great valet service. Friendly check in staff too. The room, however was quite disappointing. While the bed was comfortable enough, the shower was basically disgusting. Still not sure what that substance on the shower wall was exactly but of all the places that are easy to clean you'd figure the shower would be the top of the list. Quite possibly the hotel staff couldn't clean the shower properly because there was NO HOT WATER. Are you kidding me Holiday Inn? The lack of hot water in the shower is completely unacceptable and I would consider it one of the very basic "musts" for any hotel claiming not to suck. All taxes and valet service included came to a little over $300.00 for the night, not exactly cheap by any standard but I expected a clean room and and unlimited supply of hot water in the shower.

Due to the serve weather, our maintenance department was working with the boilers in the hotel and in that process the boilers had to be turned off and then back on.
