There were roaches inside the hotel, so no matter how clean it looked I know deep down it’s not! everything gets a one star!and when I wanted a refund for the four extra days, the women at the front desk of this hotel Tried to switch my room instead of refunding me ,witch make it look really bad for the staff, so that’s why they got a one Star! They didn’t care that I had kids luggage that could carry roaches home. All they care was about switching the room, not how unsanitary it was how roaches were in the fridge.

The hotel is very nice but the lighting in the rooms is terrible. There are just not enough lights and the bulbs are too small. It is good to save energy but not at the expense of guests.

Mostly satisfied
The front desk staff was very friendly. I was happy about the cleanliness of the facility. Breakfast was good!! Beds are comfortable!!! The one thing I was VERY disappointed in .. is that there was not a microwave in our room. I was very shocked and unsatisfied. I had to go to the lobby to warm up my sons soup…@ 200$ per night I better have a microwave.

Helpful friendly staff would recommend
The staff was so nice. Our room wasn’t available for early check in and I needed to get ready for an event we were attending that evening. They allowed me to go to the downstairs large bathroom near the pool area. I was able to curl my hair and change my clothes in complete privacy. Once the room was ready (prior to scheduled check in time) they came down and notified us. Made it to the event on time!

We got no sleep all night. Sounded like a wind tunnel in the room coming from the windows or something and traffic was loud all night. You need to soundproof your rooms. My sister was nextdoor on one side of us and said she didn't hear anything because she had her fan on all night. My brother was on the other side and they left very early so I couldn't talk to him about our stay. I'll check out other hotels next time. My sister always sleeps there every month and likes your business. My husband got up in the night because he couldn't sleep either as it was so loud. He checked the window thinking it was open and nope it was closed. You really need to consider redoing the outside walls and windows to keep the noise from coming in the busy street. We paid when we made the reservation and then my husband checked out and the price was less. I hope we don't get charged twice. I'd like to hear from you. Thanks. The breakfast was nice. Barb Proehl

Nice hotel, convenient to pine knob if you’re going to see a show. Friendly staff and great choices for breakfast. The mattress in our room was way too soft, we sunk in and had trouble sleeping. Should have checked when we checked in and requested a room with a firm bed. Nonetheless would stay again.

Marshmallow mattresses
My husband & I stayed for 1 week, visiting son. 1st room had overflowing sink. 2nd room had giant jacuzzi taking up whole room. 3rd room had 2 queen beds, no king available. Mattresses so poor we had to sleep one to each bed on outside of each bed. Based on those 3 rooms, suggest new mattresses for hotel. One chair in room, so everyone sits on bed edge. Staff at front desk & breakfast were outstanding.

Liked that it was convenient to get to the concert we were going to. It was clean but the decor is a bit outdated. Breakfast was hot and fresh! We were let down tho when we got to the property and they said the pool was shut down till Tuesday for maintenance. No comp was offered. But a just do you still want the reservation?
