Nothing stood out to me that made the stay excellent. We were told the pool was closed and two hours later it was open, but it was too cold for anyone to get in it. I felt like I could feel the springs in my mattress and the wedding party, litterally partied in the hall all long outside my door and it was hard to sleep. We were cursed at by a worker for reporting that the hazelnut creamer was out. The eggs were out also.

We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for 3 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed did not have sheets and pillow and it was dirty. We were offered another room, where the sofa bed had sheets and pillow. However, when we pulled it out we saw the sheets had blood stains. We decided to stay in the first room since it was midnight. We did not use the dirty sofa bed. Moreover, the remote to the TV did not work. The next day we also observed old blood stains on bed sheets. We asked for a refund for the useless sofa bed and the lack of a operational TV but we were only offered points for a future stay.

Front desk gave exceptional service. My room just didn't have face towels and no cups, which I had to go get (A little inconvenient). The side door whereas you need a key to enter if you parked on the side, didn't work. So anytime I went out the side door, I had to walk all the way around through the front lobby to enter, that was frustrating. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel was nice.
