This is the nicest Holiday Inn I have been to

Pros: Staff
Cons: Only 1 elevator led to some undesired waiting
Location: Did not really care for the immediate location. Not much really close other then car lots. But alot available within 10 minute drive
5 day stay for business. Lobby very nice. On site pub very welcoming. Front desk staff friendly and efficient.

Not happy

Although the site made the hotel look nice and fairly new it was run down. Our room walls were stained with I don't know what as well as silly string. A foul smell, big black stains on the carpet. As well as thr door stop on the wall smashd in. Very unhappy as it was for my daughters wedding shower day.

Ok hotel - would not stay again

The hotel was ok - It was in a decent part of town. The lobby was nice when we arrived, but the room was a huge let down. The floors felt dirty and icky. There were stains on the floor and walls. The bathroom vent above the shower was disgusting. We would not stay here again.

Small rooms, outdated hotel, nice staff.

This was the absolute smallest 'suite' I've ever stayed in....extremely cramped quarters. The bedroom area had two double beds and both had to be pushed against the wall in order to get a nightstand in between them. Room had very few accessible places to plug in phone/laptop charging cords. No luggage racks. None at all. I asked at the front desk and was told that the one bench in the room was supposed to act as a luggage rack. I explained that we had 3 people and could only fit one suitcase on the bench and asked if they could bring up one more, but no luck. So our luggage had to go on the floor. Quite unhappy about that. Room was pretty clean and the housekeeping staff was helpful. Breakfast (which you have to order from room service) was okay, but nothing special. There are no restaurants or shopping in the immediate vicinity....the attached Red Lion restaurant did NOT appeal to us after the mediocre room service breakfast. All in all, we won't stay there again....way overpriced for the type of room, the amenities, and the location.

With me staying out of town and trying to avoid the difficult task of finding a family memeber to stay with for the length of tine i am in town. Ive been looking for a hotel i can constantly return too and fill relaxed in for me and my family. Something affordable and family friendly. This could be it.

No free breakfast but the beds so comfortable and rooms are clean and very nice to stay in. Very nice stay..
