The property was very disgusting and unsafe. I switched rooms once because the first room bedding was sinking to the floor which made it unsafe for my children to sleep in. Secondly it had a light bulb that was out and when I tried to get it to work, I cut myself because I didn’t know the bulb was broken in the lamp. Which again, DANGEROUS!!! So I switched rooms. The next room had a large wet spot in the floor with a wet brown stain on the covers, I smelled it and it was coffee, which still is disgusting, because why isn’t it cleaned. Secondly, my 4 year old opened the fridge and found a tub of ice cream in the freezer, had I not been with her, she could have eaten it, while I was unpacking our belongings in the bedroom. It was and is a terrible experience, I will NEVER come here again. However, the front desk staff was super nice and apologetic, but couldn’t help since I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia).

The front desk associate did speak with Expedia and your full refund was confirmed before you checked out of the hotel.

My stay here was absolutely awful. The bathrooms were dirty. They attempted to move me to another room to shower but that room was disgusting as well. The rooms were outdated and the bathrooms were disgusting.

We paid for breakfast but there was no breakfast. There were roaches in the room. Staff just wanted to talk about politics. Disgusting place.

Patricia,I apologize that breakfast was not provided during your stay. During the holidays we recommend contacting the hotel to inquire about the restaurant hours. Due to low occupancy, the restaurant does close and guests are refunded for breakfast purchases. I am not aware of any of our guest rooms having roaches. If you seen them, we will investigate the room you occupied during your stay and have it treated. I am so sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay.

We will have housekeeping thoroughly check through the room for cleanliness issues. Breakfast is available in the restaurant, however, it is not free. You do have to purchase it with your room rate or pay in the restaurant.

They stay was GREAT only negative was the couch bed mattress is VERY thin and uncomfortable u can feel the springs and bars from the bed. And no bedroom door for privacy …

Rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Sink was semi clogged. Debris was on bed skirt. Toilet paper wasn’t on the spool. Plastic wasn’t in the trash can, just in the side. Table between beds has sticky stuff. Room smelled stale. I think the tub may be leaking. It needs to be caulked.

Everything was great, only issue, no bathroom near the Pool area and the toilet ran in the room all night. Other then that, very nice clean and quite.

The room was booked as a handicap accessible but you did not choose the one with the roll in shower with the seat you booked the one with the tub. If you need a shower chair please make sure to request one, we do have them available and ready for our guests.

The sheets was dirty , the bathroom was not the cleanest I didn’t want to shower I had my daughter and nephew they complained too And I just recommend the restaurant should stay open weekends . Sorry won’t stay at this hotel specifically again .

I apologize that the shower did not function appropriately for you. They are not the easiest one to operate. You have to pull the handle back towards you for the water to come on then you can turn it to hot or cold temperature.

Location was great! Noise level over the charts! Kids running down the halls SCREAMING at 10:45 PM. Group of men/women partying on a Monday night with music so loud woke me out of dead sleep at 1:45 AM! Front desk said place is really bad on the weekends! DON’T STAY HERE ON BUSINESS!

It was very uncomfortable very noisy people were partying in the room till 5 in the morning and the smell of smoking it’s was all in the room I have to kids with me it was very not healthy at all I call front desk at 5 to ask her to make them stop she said I will try to control the noise but can’t do any thing about drugs never again in that location

The breakfast was good. Liked the kids eating free. The room had sticky floors and the pull out couch had dirty sheets. Didn’t say anything to the staff cause it was late and we were just trying to get to bed.
