Decent

Didn't arrive into town until after 2:30 am. Front desk could not find my reservation by name when i called to tell them i was still coming before the 3am deadline. The expedia rep had left a letter off the end of my name.. Almost missed my room for the night

Lobby is fancier than the rooms.

I had to wait in my car 15 mins to be parked valet. I was charged $20 for overnight parking. I waited 15 more minutes in a line of one person ahead of me to despite the fact that I reserved and paid for my room online, had ALL my confirmations and the hotel clerk could not find me in the system for almost 20mins. The heat in the room was on 90 degrees blowing cool air all night. The shower water was not hot. And I was on the 5th floor with a partially shattered window for my view. Never again.

Good hotel facility and location

Location: For good coffee or breakfast, Café con Leche is an easy 3-minute walk. Convenient to major streets and highways, and the upcoming Q Line streetcar
My 3-night stay was pleasant, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a Lions game. Was hundreds cheaper than downtown hotels and was only a $15 cab ride to the game.

Hotel needs major upgrades

My hotel room had no hot water & no air my room was 85%-90 my entire stay.. hotel staff didn't offer to trade rooms or comp anything even though they were aware of both problems in more than my room... Buyer Beware hotels also in midtown not downtown

Awful

This is NOT a St. Regis hotel. Do not be deceived. Decent lobby but heating broken in room, had to sleep with window open in middle of winter. Room smelled. Elevator did not work. Front desk person barely apologetic.

I had a horrible experience

The room was cold and the bath tub was out dated. My parking was suppose to have been waived for the inconvenience but wasn't until I called and complained.

Nice hotel, Hot water ??????

Pros: Good value, great location
Cons: Water temperature
Location: near downtown
Nice room Good staff Bad Shower Water barely warm enough to take a shower?
